To get the most out of your Puffco Pivot, follow these simple steps:
- Fully charge the device before use. Check the charge level with a triple-click – Green means full, red means low.
- Open the mouthpiece and load your dab. Less is more—avoid overpacking to prevent sticky messes.
- Use the single-button interface to toggle through the 4 heat presets (Blue-Green-Red-White).
- Double-click to start your dab.
- Wait for the device to heat up—the light bar will flash, and you’ll feel haptic feedback when it’s ready.
- Double-click again to boost and extend your session.
- After use, clean the bowl and mouthpiece with a cotton swab.
- Hold the button to lock/unlock your device for added safety.
What concentrates can you use with the Pivot?

What temperature setting is best for dabbing?
