  • Does it come with the Intelli-Core Max?

    No. The Carta Sport includes the standard Intelli-Core atomizer for oil. It is compatible with Intelli-Core Max atomizers, but they are not included.

    Can I use dry herb with the Carta Sport?

    Yes, but you’ll need to buy the dry herb Intelli-Core atomizer separately.

    Is the Focus V app required?

    No. All functions work from the button alone. The app just gives you extra customization options.

    Can I use my old Carta 2 glass and parts?

    Yes. The Carta Sport supports all Carta 2 and OG Carta glass tops and Intelli-Core atomizers.

    How do I clean the Carta Sport?

    Remove the glass and silicone airpath. Rinse them with water or ISO, dry them off, and pop them back in. No deep cleaning after every session.

  • Focus V offers a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. It doesn’t cover user damage like drops or misuse. The battery is included in that coverage. If something fails under normal use, reach out to customer support and submit a ticket after registering your device.

    Getting Started

    1. Power On/Off:
      • Press the V-button five times rapidly to turn the device on.
      • To turn it off, press the V-button five times again.
    2. Selecting Temperature Presets:
      • Press the V-button once to view the current temperature setting.
      • Press it again to cycle through the five presets:
        • Blue: 480°F
        • Yellow: 495°F
        • Green: 515°F
        • Purple: 535°F
        • Red: 565°F
    3. Starting a Session:
      • Double-press the V-button to initiate heating.
      • The device will vibrate once heating begins and again when the set temperature is reached.
    4. Extending or Ending a Session:
      • During a session, double-press the V-button to add 10 seconds to the timer.
      • To end the session early, press the V-button once.
    5. Checking Battery Level:
      • Press the V-button four times to check battery status:
        • Green: 75% or more
        • Blue: 50% or more
        • Yellow: 25% or more
        • Red: 10% or less
    6. Adjusting LED Settings:
      • Press the V-button three times quickly to change LED animations.
      • Further customization is available through the Focus V app.
    7. Low Power Mode:
      • Press the V-button four times, holding on the fourth press to activate low power mode, which dims the LEDs and conserves battery life.

    Using the Control Stick

    • The Control Stick allows for manual airflow adjustment.
    • Twist the stick to regulate airflow during inhalation, providing a customized dabbing experience.

    Cleaning and Maintenance

    1. Disassemble:
      • Remove the glass bubbler and the silicone airpath from the base unit.
    2. Clean Components:
      • Rinse the glass and silicone parts with warm water or isopropyl alcohol.
      • Use the provided cleaning swabs for detailed cleaning.
    3. Dry and Reassemble:
      • Allow all components to dry completely before reassembling the device.

    App Integration

    1. Download the Focus V app (Carta Connect) from your device’s app store.
