The Proxy 3D Chamber is the biggest change from the original. Heating through ceramic side walls rather than the bottom prevents material from burning on contact and cuts down on the splash-out that was common with the earlier design. Terpene preservation improves noticeably, especially at the two lower heat settings, where the difference in flavor is most apparent.

The Puffco Connect App adds a level of control that the original never had. You can finely tune temperature and session duration for each setting, build custom profiles based on what you’re running, and review session data over time. It connects over Bluetooth and stays responsive throughout the session.

Battery performance holds steady across all 15 heat cycles. The final session performs as reliably as the first. USB-C charging is fast enough that a 90-minute charge covers a full day for most users, and pass-through means you never have to stop.

The New Proxy base connects to all existing Proxy glass pieces and proxy pipes without adapters or modifications. If you’re starting fresh, the Proxy Kit includes the proxy base, one proxy pipe, the 3D Joystick Cap, a loading tool, cotton swabs, and a USB-C cable. Proxy glass options in the Proxy Collection let you expand from there.

Wipe the Proxy 3D Chamber with a dry cotton swab after every session. Clean the connection pins between the proxy base and chamber with a cotton swab and 90% isopropyl alcohol when performance drops. Allow it to dry completely before reassembling.

Initial Setup and Charging

1. Charge Before First Use: Connect the USB-C cable and charge the device completely
2. Check Battery Level: Triple-click to check charge level
   • Green: Full charge
   • Red: Low battery (time to recharge)
3. Power Control: Hold the button down to power on/off

Loading Your Concentrate

1. Compatible Materials: All forms of concentrate work with Puffco devices
2. Loading: Drop the concentrate into the upgraded 3D chamber
3. Secure Cap: Close the joystick cap fully

Temperature Settings and Operation

1. Temperature Selection: Single click to toggle through four settings:
   • Blue: Light, flavorful experience
   • Green: Well-balanced performance
   • Red: Hotter setting for bigger dabs
   • White: Hottest setting for the biggest dabs and maximum vapor production

Proper Usage Technique

• Inhalation: Inhale gently – “sip it, don’t rip it.”
• Joystick Movement: Move the joystick slowly in circular motions for the best performance
• Device Position: Always hold straight up and down, never at an angle
• Session Extension: Double-click anytime during heating to extend your session
• Auto-Shutoff: Device stops heating after a set period (adjustable in app)
