Pipe Puffin takes the hassle out of shipping—it’s on us! When you spend $89.00 or more, enjoy FREE SHIPPING throughout 🇨🇦Canada and across the continental 🇺🇸United States, if you so choose. We carefully select postal or courier services, always prioritizing size, speed, and quality assurance. Your order will soar to its destination with the utmost care! Anticipate your orders to arrive within times provided below post-shipping. Keep in mind, with free shipping, specific delivery times are elusive. Choosing free shipping means you accept possible delays, often out of our hands. If your package takes a detour, we’ll patiently wait two weeks after it’s in the carrier’s care, before filing a missing claim. All vaporizer orders and high-value purchases will require a signature upon delivery to ensure that the recipient receives their order, which also protects Pipe Puffin from any losses due to fraud or theft and provides additional age verification step have been taken.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer a variety of shipping methods at checkout. If you’re eligible for free shipping, it will appear automatically when you select your preferred shipping class.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated in real time based on your location, selected service, and package weight.
Additional fees may apply for remote areas or non-standard delivery addresses. These will be shown at checkout or communicated before your order ships.
Processing Times
- Orders placed before 12 PM ET, Monday–Friday typically ship the same day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or holidays, ship the next business day unless otherwise communicated.
- During product launches or restocks, allow 1–2 extra business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
USA Duties and Brokerage Collection
As of August 29th, 2025, any purchases made by our American clientele will require the duties for importation to be pre-paid. While we regret that this is a requirement, packages will not be processed without collection. We use an approved partner, Zonos, to process and collect this requirement.
Our checkout process is being updated and will include the line item “Pre-paid Duties & Brokerage Fees” starting September 1st, 2025 or sooner. In the interim, we are processing this item manually to keep you packages moving through as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility if not collected at the time of checkout. Customs delays may occur and are beyond our control.
Pipe Puffin Lifestyle Brand is not responsible for any extra charges imposed by your country’s import policies or customs agencies, and we recommend contacting them for details about potential fees and delivery timelines.
🇬🇧 Attention United Kingdom Residents: As of September 2, 2025, we reserve the right to refuse and refund vaporizer orders made on the site. The reasons are two-fold: lithium battery devices are being refused at the border along with regulations changing. Our process will be that we reach out to confirm that the customer still wants the order and if so client will accept full responsibility for any issues of delay and or refusal, will accept no refund for their order in the case of device does not make it’s destination, no exemptions.
For countries like 🇦🇺 Australia, importation laws are changing and making it difficult for enthusiasts to buy products overseas. Pipe Puffin reserves the right to remove vaporizers or battery-powered devices to conform to these laws and ensure the products you ordered are going to arrive in your hands. We will inform you of any changes or cancellations and ask for written confirmation to proceed with a valid order for your country.

Additionally, note that we may require extra time to verify international orders for certain countries to prevent fraud.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships. If no updates appear within 72 hours, contact us and we’ll look into it and follow-up.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please:
- Confirm the delivery address
- Check with neighbors or building staff
- Wait 24 hours—scans can be premature
If still missing:
- U.S.A./Canada: Reach out after 5 business days past the delivery date
- International: Contact us after 14 business days beyond the delivery estimate
We’ll help file a claim with the carrier and assist with replacements when applicable. Please note: Pipe Puffin is not responsible for theft once a package is marked as delivered; it is the responsibility of the purchaser to have homeowners’ insurance.
Address Accuracy & Fraud Checks
Orders with mismatched billing and shipping details may be held for review. We might ask for ID verification or payment authorization.
If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, the order may be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to:
- Military APO/FPO addresses
- Regions where aromatherapy device sales are prohibited
Orders to restricted areas will be canceled and refunded.
Discreet Shipping
Orders will always be sent in official carrier packaging or a corrugated shipping box. Return address will be marked. Contents of the package will not be noticeable from the outside. The sender will be marked as PPLB, otherwise known as Pipe Puffin Lifestyle Brand.
