Selecting the Temperature Level for the Yocan Dirk Hot Knife

1. Make sure that the Yocan Dirk Hot Knife is powered on.
2. Select your preferred temperature level by pressing the power button three times.
3. Release the button when you have decided on the temperature level you want.

Yocan Dirk Hot Knife Temperature Levels

Below are the temperature levels of the Yocan Dirk Hot Knife:

1. 2.6 V
2. 3.2 V
3. 3.8 V

Yocan Dirk Hot Knife Light Icons

The abovementioned temperature levels are represented by specific light icons. Below are the respective colors for each level:

1. Low – Blue
2. Middle – Green
3. High – Red

Changing the ceramic tip of the Yocan Dirk Hot Knife

1. Remove the ceramic tip cover of the Yocan Dirk Hot Knife.
2. Make sure that the ceramic tip has cooled down.
3. Pull the ceramic tip away from the base to sever the connection between the magnets.
4. Take preferred ceramic heating tip and allow the magnets to make contact and for the tip to be seated.
5. Replace the cover of the Yocan Dirk Hot Knife.

Maintenance and cleaning of the Yocan Dirk Hot Knife

1. Turn off the Yocan Dirk Hot Knife by pressing the power button five times rapidly.
2. Remove the ceramic tip of the Yocan Dirk Hot Knife.
3. Take a cotton swab and wipe the contacts clean.
4. Use a dry paper towel and wipe the body of the Yocan Dirk Hot Knife clean.
5. Follow the charging instruction and use the dedicated charging cable for the Yocan Dirk Hot Knife to avoid battery damage.
6. Make sure to charge the Yocan Dirk Hot Knife before storing it too long.

Note: Make sure to keep the parts dry before storing as it may cause mold buildup and may have negative effects if used. Use a dry paper towel or paper cloth after wiping the parts with a damp material.
