The Two Caps
Each kit comes with two quartz caps sized for standard DynaVap tips:
Ripper (2mm holes): Wide-open airflow for maximum convection. This cap is built for one-and-done sessions where you want to clear the bowl in a single heat cycle.
Sipper (1.25mm holes): Restricted airflow for flavor chasing and temp stepping. Start low, reheat, and step through the temperature range to get different flavor profiles from the same bowl.
There is no warranty coverage for glassware. If your Quartz Cap arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
The Quartz Convection Cap completely replaces the stock DynaVap cap. Remove the stock cap and seat the Ripper or Sipper cap directly onto the tip. The stock cap’s click system is not used with this accessory. Best results come from using the DynaVap in an upright or perpendicular position so the convection airflow works with gravity rather than against it. The Rogue Wax Works has demo videos on their site showing installation and technique.
