Somehow they seem to know what everyone wants, like the wooden or glass stems for my TM2 or extra screens. They were clear that they didn't have stock, but if I wanted it they would get it in, and on the day they said it would be there, it was. Transparent. 🙌🙌

Death scroilling at 2:00am, clicked an ad and they had stock, and a free heating tool. Had a small issue with my order but support resolved it withn email and calls, feels like they want you be whole when you buy from the family.

Can't find that kind of support from most stores. Mexico has a lot of vaporizer users and they had no issue, with answering questions in English or Spanish, even though i could tell they were translating, but they try! Sent me a Mighty+, same price as in Canada, no mark-up, shipping was reasonable and got it the next week after my order. Nice.

Saw the bird and thought that this was going to be a bit corny, but WOW really broke down why spending the extra 200  on a vape made the session that much more stronger. Like you spend money on product but only have half the delivery with the cheaper options, and no pressure. Told them I'll come back and they said, if you are comfortable at another store please go there, won't offend. They just care about the community.
