    Candian Gem

    We had been searching for a few months on a product and was able to get it with Piper and at a decent price. Added free shipping and boom, my new goto place.

    Your budget is your only holdback 💰🐷

    Wanted a new stem for my vaporizer, they have glass, wood, titanium and more. They gave me so many options and what each one would do for a better session. They also hooked me up with cleaning supplies and a great hot knife. They spent 20 minutes on chat with me without feeling any pressure, even saying that they're cool if I went elsewhere, just wanted me to be happy with what I buy. Can't find that kind of selection and service at all of the local head shop places, these guys are more a concierge! 👑

    Canadian Quick

    We just received our order, got here really fast, Tuesday to Friday, Toronto to Edmonton. Good customer service was great definitely got a customer for life now, Piper Puffin, Buster BlueJay and the other birds take car of you with coasters for my drinks and dabs.

    Feels like they are friends more than shop owners

    Cheaper than most local walk-in shops

    Better prices than my local vape shop and more variety. Fast delivery on my Yocan Pocket and kept $25 in there. Included a free Dirk, so now i have complete rig.

    Courier lost my package twice, they sent out no questions asked

    Sometimes things are out the stores control. This was strange where they had one lost package and one package sent to the wrong address. Without a question, new shippment made up and sent out, they apologize profusely but it wasn't them. They could have said deal with UPS but no, took it on themselves. Perfect trying to make a bad situation good.

    Forget Goodies when I get all the goodies!

    I've been vaping for about 5 years now and Pipe Puffin is my go to over them all. The orders come very quick, always with a personal note and the add terps of cleaning supplies or Glob Mops and samples. I have each one of the character coasters, and they work great for my coffee mug or when I want to set up a sesh.
