Got on an email back and forth about the Solo and after reading the subreddit post about what the vape was about, they corrected me to use the word vaporizer, just so it doesn't have the negative connotations. Asked what I was going to put in it, how many times, budget and got me into an "Intergalactic" 3. They wanted to make sure it was a good fit first.

Been to alot of the walk-in style head shops and when i saw a post on facebook, I checked out their site and they really are device focused. Not that Cheech & Chong headshop mentality. Hit them up on chat, the bot was really good, but when i transferred over to an agent, really helpful, knew their stuff. Showed me how to redeem for a Peak and bang, got my puffco.

Top-notch support. I bought a new Tafée Bowle and didn't understand a couple things, reached out to the guys and they recoded a short video on the setup really quick and it was night and day for me.
