First time ordering here, received email stating the original product in blue colorway I purchased had just sold out, however they called me right away and offered me a replacement or refund. Of course I went with the replacement in gunmetal. Even with USPS screwing things up over the 4th of July weekend, I still received this in Wisconsin from East Canada in lil over a week. I got the product and realized that these kind folks included a super cool blue glass spinner cap. Thank you so much and I'm happy to have a solid place I can depend on.
