Courier lost my package twice, they sent out no questions asked

Sometimes things are out the stores control. This was strange where they had one lost package and one package sent to the wrong address. Without a question, new shippment made up and sent out, they apologize profusely but it wasn't them. They could have said deal with UPS but no, took it on themselves. Perfect trying to make a bad situation good.
