    Incredible company/incredible products

    I rarely write reviews, but I was seriously impressed with Pipe Puffin. Even before ordering, they helped me change a few products and guided me through everything with kindness and patience.

    I was worried my order might be delayed coming from Canada to the U.S., but their team reassured me and explained what to expect and they were EXACTLY right. My package arrived safely, everything looks great, and I’m extremely happy with both the products and the customer service. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone!

    LOVE the new Frolic & LOVE the staff

    I gotta say, the review for the Frolic was refreshing. I understand it's a business, and things gotta get sold, but honesty goes a long way with me. It's laid out like a long-winded text from a friend trying to give you all the information before buying, charts, comparisons, and honest feedback. Just got mine a couple of days ago, and I have zero complaints. Everything is as advertised and reviewed. I'd give 7 feathers if I could, outstanding service!

    Great place to get Dynavap in Canada

    Great product DYNAVAP's. I actually save cash on herb, not to mention that getting it in Canada saves on shipping and tariffs. Puffins rule.

    Easy and smoooth website.

    Website graphics are smoooth and quick quiock. It doesn't bombard with first time pop up ads that are constantly popping up. Pipe Puffin lays it out easy to move around. It absolutely makes vaporizing sessions as smooth as the site.

    Dry Top on a Sport

    I think this was the first time that Durin Glass made dry tops for Carta Sports. Saw that they had a promotion that you'd get free glass and a Saber with the Carta Sport. That's a complete rig, and it just works!

    They explained the difference with combustion or not

    There was a post on Reddit, you know the kind, combustion or no combustion. Buster Blue Jay aka, Piper staff on socials, broke it down really simple, and when i came to the site to buy, picking the Dynavap WoodWynd was such a simple buy. Team even shipped it to me while I was on vacation at a different address after talking with them. 5 feathers my feathered friends.

    Carta Sport is the perfect rig!!💨💨💨

    When they came out with the Tangerine one I had to get one. Better than my Carta 2 and all of my old glass works perfectly. They sent me a matching orange Saber instead of the black one and I had to go get an iPhone 17 to match! ? 😀😆😀 They shipped it fromn the New Jersey connection so delivery was 2 days total. Go get the gear from the flock.

    Serviced the Yukon. 🙌🙌

    We can get everything here, but some retailers are hesitant. Not Pipe Puffin, they just made sure that the delivery could make it here without having to transfer couriers. Got my Tiny Might 2, and Glass Charlie shortie in a week. Great communication and thanks for the extras. Neighbours are going to buy from them too!
