You can use the code on the XVape Starry 4 to verify the product. Both the serial number and security number will be required when applying for a warranty.

XVAPE STARRY 4 comes with 12 months of warranty, and it covers the main body with electronic components except for normal degradation of batteries, ceramic components, mouthpiece part, consumer damage, cosmetic damage and accessories.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CHARGE MY STARRY 4 FULLY?
When charging the device for the first time, we recommend charging for more than 6 hours.
Later, if you use a 5V/1A charger, 3 hours is enough to charge the device fully; if a 5V/500ma charger, 4-5 hours will be needed; if a charger exceeding 5V/2A, the device will stop being charged. Because XMAX STARRY 4 owns a automatic charging protection from the chargers exceeding 5V/2A.

Usually after 20 seconds of heating up, the temperature is good enough for consumers to start vaping. But everyone has different requirement for temperature. If you want the temperature to reach 240ยบC/ 464ยบF, you may need to wait 30 seconds.
