    Getting the Best Results

    Use a single-flame torch for precise control. Heat the cap while slowly rotating the device for even heating. Aim for the middle of the cap for balanced vapor. Heating closer to the tip produces lighter, more flavorful hits. Heating toward the base creates denser clouds. Respect the click to avoid combustion. The glass can overheat faster than metal, so stopping at the click is important.

    Cleaning and Care Instructions

    Remove the Captive Cap and empty the bowl after use. Wipe out loose material while still warm. For deep cleaning, soak the entire glass unibody in isopropyl alcohol. No disassembly needed. The built-in screen cleans along with the rest of the glass. Rinse with hot water after soaking and let dry completely. Clean regularly to prevent residue buildup that can cause overheating and potential glass damage.

    Troubleshooting Common Issues

    If vapor seems weak, you may be heating too low on the cap or stopping too early before the click. If you taste burnt material, you’re heating past the click or using too hot a flame too close to the glass. If the cap doesn’t click, it needs replacement. If airflow feels restricted, the built-in screen may be clogged with residue. Soak in iso to clear. If glass appears cloudy or discolored, clean more frequently to prevent permanent staining.
