Pipe Puffin Lifestyle Brand Accepts Returns on All Vaporizers in Accordance with Our Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
Returns will only be accepted if a device or purchase involves the delivery of a defective product, and the buyer notifies Pipe Puffin of the defect within the 48-hour timeframe specified in our Warranty Details.
We will prioritize replacing the defective product to expedite delivery instead of waiting for the manufacturer to process the replacement.
While we will make every effort to satisfy our customers, returns and refunds will not be accepted for reasons other than defects.
All purchases are final.
Chargebacks
Any attempt to initiate chargebacks to bypass the buyer’s agreement to pay for purchased products will be addressed with documentation of the purchase, the policies displayed on our site prior to purchase, and proof of the buyer’s acceptance of those terms.
Cancellations
If a customer cancels an order, a 10% fee will be applied to cancelled orders that have not yet shipped when paid by credit card. For cancelled orders that have already shipped, or are returned as undeliverable or unused with an RMA, a restocking fee of 50% of the item’s MSRP, along with shipping costs and associated transaction fees, will apply. For example, a $70 purchase with a $12 shipping cost will incur the $12 shipping charge plus the credit card company’s associated fee, and a $35 restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returns of cancelled orders unless the item is returned. For return-to-sender or denied packages, the buyer will bear the shipping costs to and from Pipe Puffin.
Cancelled orders that Pipe Puffin cannot fulfill will be fully refunded at 100% of the customer’s purchase price without any fees.
