Go Shell Glass Dosing Capsule System
The Go SRT introduces Arizer’s first dedicated capsule system. Each Go Shell is a small glass bowl with a built-in screen and silicone caps on both ends. You load your material into the shell, cap it, and drop it into the chamber when you’re ready. The caps keep everything sealed between sessions, which means you can carry preloaded shells in the included Go Shell Case without any mess or smell. One shell comes in the box, and the optional case holds six more. If you want to run smaller loads or keep material from touching the chamber floor, Piper’s Pucks glass and titanium backspacers fit inside the Go Shells and let you microdose with as little as 0.05g while maintaining proper airflow.
Glass Stems and All-Glass Vapor Path
Arizer’s signature vapor quality comes from their glass-on-glass airpath, and the SRT keeps that intact. The standard Go Glass Aroma Tube works the same way as stems on older Arizer portables: material goes into the cup at the end of the stem, and the stem inserts into the heated chamber. Hot air passes through the glass, extracts the material, and travels up through the glass mouthpiece. Nothing but glass touches the vapor between the chamber and your lips. The device also ships with a dedicated Go Mouthpiece for use with the shell system and a Go WPA for water pipe sessions. Note that the SRT’s stems are not interchangeable with Solo 3 or older Arizer stems. The chamber dimensions are different.
Fast Heat-Up and Session Presets
The SRT operating system brings Arizer’s portable controls up to the level of the Solo 3. Heat-up time to 390°F is about 20 seconds, which is fast enough to use the shorter session times almost like an on-demand device. Three customizable presets let you save a temperature and session time for each one (options range from 20 seconds up to 5 minutes). You set these up before your session and switch between them on the fly. The temperature adjusts in single-degree increments up to 428°F (220°C). The OLED display shows real-time temperature, heat-up estimates, and remaining session time. It also auto-inverts when you flip the device onto a water pipe.
Battery Life and Eco Charging
The SRT runs on an internal battery that provides up to 60 minutes of continuous use. That works out to roughly 10 sessions on a full charge, depending on your temperature and session length. Charging is through USB-C PD, and the device supports pass-through charging, so you can use it while it’s plugged in. Arizer’s Eco Charging feature helps extend overall battery lifespan over time. A full charge takes about two hours, and a 15-minute top-up adds roughly 20%. If the battery eventually wears down, it’s replaceable with basic tools. Only a USB-C to USB-C cable is included. There’s no charging brick in the box.

The internal battery provides up to 60 minutes of continuous use, which is roughly 10 sessions depending on your temperature setting and session length. Charging via USB-C PD takes about two hours for a full charge, and a quick 15-minute top-up adds around 20%.
Does the Go SRT support pass-through charging?
Yes. You can use the device while it’s plugged in and charging. The Eco Charging feature is designed to extend the long-term health of the battery by managing charge cycles.
Are Go SRT glass stems compatible with the Solo 3 or older Arizer portables?
No. The SRT chamber is a different size from the Solo 3, Solo 2, Air, or original ArGo. Stems are not interchangeable between the SRT and any other Arizer device. However, it is compatible with all Arizer ArGo glass accessories, including the curved bubbler mouthpiece and frosted glass aroma tube.
How does the Go Shell capsule system work?
Each Go Shell is a small glass bowl with a screen at the bottom and silicone caps on both ends. You load material into the shell, cap it, and store it until you’re ready. To use it, remove the bottom cap, insert the shell into the chamber using the silicone grip tool, remove the top cap, and attach the Go Mouthpiece. After your session, use the grip tool to remove the hot shell.
Does the Go SRT come with a 14mm water pipe adapter?
Yes. Arizer includes a Go WPA (14mm water pipe adapter) in the box. The OLED display automatically flips when the device is inverted, so you can read the screen while using it on a bubbler or water pipe.
How fast does the Arizer Go SRT heat up?
About 20 seconds to reach 390°F. This is consistent across battery levels. The shorter session presets (20 and 30 seconds) make it possible to use the device in a near on-demand style for quick draws.
Can I use Piper's Pucks with Go Shells?
Yes. Piper’s Pucks glass and titanium backspacers fit inside the Go Shell. They reduce bowl depth for smaller loads and act as a heat shield to preserve flavor. The 2mm and 4mm sizes work well for light reduction, while the 5mm size provides a meaningful capacity cut for microdosing.
How does the Go SRT compare to the original ArGo?
This is a ground-up redesign, not an incremental update. The SRT operating system is faster and more customizable. Heat-up time is roughly three times quicker. The magnetic lid replaces the ArGo’s sliding cover with a much stronger seal.
The Go Shell system adds a capsule option that the original never had. Build quality and vapor production are both improved. If you liked the ArGo’s concept but found it limited, the SRT addresses most of those limitations.
Arizer offers a 2-year warranty for defects, a 1-year warranty for the battery, and a lifetime warranty for the heating element.
In-Depth Performance Analysis
Real-World Use
The SRT feels solid in hand. The body is mostly metal with purposeful plastic and silicone, where it improves grip and durability. At about 242 grams and just over 4 inches tall, it fits in a front jacket or pants pocket, though you’ll know it’s there. The magnetic silicone lid holds firmly and seals the stem opening completely. In daily use, this keeps the stem clean, prevents smell from escaping, and protects the glass from bumps during transport. Compared to carrying a Solo 3 with an exposed stem, the difference in practical portability is significant.
The Go Shell workflow adds a step during prep but saves time on the go. Loading shells at home and capping them means you’re not handling loose material outside. Reloading takes a few seconds: pop the cap, drop the shell in, attach the mouthpiece, and start heating. The included silicone grip tool makes it easy to remove a hot shell after a session. For anyone who has wanted Arizer vapor quality in a pocketable format, this is the first Arizer portable that delivers on that without major trade-offs.
Heating Technology and Vapor Quality
The SRT uses a convection-dominant hybrid heating system, roughly 75% convection and 25% conduction. The chamber heats the glass, which warms the material through conduction, while preheated air does the actual extraction as you draw. This is the same approach Arizer has refined across its entire lineup. Flavor is clean and consistent across the temperature range. Lower temperatures (around 350°F) produce light, terpy vapor with minimal roast. Mid-range sessions around 390°F deliver a good balance of flavor and visible vapor. Higher temperatures near 428°F push extraction harder, with stronger output but a shorter window before the flavor drops off. Airflow is more open than older Arizer portables and roughly on par with the Solo 3.
Compared to the Solo 3 v2 and Original ArGo
If you’re coming from an older Arizer portable like the original ArGo, the SRT is a meaningful step forward. The SRT operating system is faster and more flexible, heat-up time is roughly three times quicker, the shell system adds a loading option that the ArGo never had, and the build quality feels more refined. The magnetic lid alone is a major practical improvement over the ArGo’s sliding cover.
Against the Solo 3 v2, the comparison is less about “better or worse” and more about what you need. The Solo 3 v2 has bigger bowls (up to 0.5-0.6g with the XL stem), longer battery life from dual 18650 cells, and more raw extraction power. It’s the stronger performer for home use and water pipe sessions. The SRT trades some of that power for real portability, a sealed form factor, and the Go Shell system. If you already own a Solo 3 and want something you can actually pocket, the SRT fills that role. If you don’t own either and mostly use a vaporizer at home, the Solo 3 v2 is still the better value at its lower price.
Who Should Consider the Go SRT
Arizer fans who want real portability: If you own a Solo 3 or Solo 2 and love the vapor quality but can’t pocket the device, the SRT gives you that same glass-path flavor in a sealed, carry-friendly form factor.
Daily carry users: The magnetic lid, concealed stem, and Go Shell system make the SRT one of the most practical grab-and-go setups in the portable dry herb category. Preload your shells, cap them, and you’re out the door.
People upgrading from an older Arizer: The SRT operating system, faster heat-up, vibration feedback, and USB-C charging are all substantial improvements over the original ArGo and older Solo/Air models.
Microdosers: The Go Shell combined with a Piper’s Puck lets you run loads as small as 0.05g with full airflow and even extraction. That’s hard to do with a standard stem.
Users who value smell control: The magnetic silicone lid seals the stem opening tightly. When capped, this device contains smell better than any Arizer portable before it.
If your priority is maximum extraction power over portability, the Solo 3 v2 or the Limelight Frolic may be a better fit. The SRT prioritizes practical daily use and a complete pocket ecosystem over raw output.
