Reliable Support for a Warranty Claim

Something was off on the heating element, they setup a support ticket with me, stayed in the email chain and when the manufacturer said they were going to send out in a week, PP stepped in and said they'd ship one out from their inventory and take the return from the makers. Stepped in and stepped up.
