    Excellent Store for Tuff Tethers

    PipePuffin has quickly become my go-to for vaporizer gear. Wanted a tether that matched my setup. They had it, and they helped with a joystick too, so happy i found them in Canada.

    Ever had a shipment to the territory?

    I live in Nunanvut and we only have one option for shipping, so they guarenteed they knew the issue and got me the setup I wanted, and as soon as it arrived they emailed me and said "we got a note you got the box?" and made sure I was happy, and I am, they didn't need to check on me, buit it's nice that they did, not too many like that these days! ♥️♥️♥️

    Reliable Support for a Warranty Claim

    Something was off on the heating element, they setup a support ticket with me, stayed in the email chain and when the manufacturer said they were going to send out in a week, PP stepped in and said they'd ship one out from their inventory and take the return from the makers. Stepped in and stepped up.

    Warranty fix and great service

    I came from a friends link to the site and was looking for an upgrade to my XMax. Crew came to me with a few options and what they cost, picked the Solo III in green and it fits my style. They even through in some cleaning supplies. Great find.
