You’ve bought a vape and need to follow up on the warranty?

We want to ensure you have a great experience with your purchase! New items include the manufacturer’s original warranty. If your device isn’t working, contact the manufacturer for repairs. We’re here to help with any technical questions or troubleshooting you need. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, just let us know!

If your item is defective, it will be reviewed and covered by warranty. The manufacturer will investigate the issue. Please note that defective items cannot be returned or accepted for a refund. However, rest assured, they will be taken care of.

Glass parts and accessories have no warranty; We recommend you check your glass items upon arrival.
If you find any issues, please report them within 48 hours.

Please remember that vaporizers with physical or water damage are not eligible for warranty coverage, or vaporizers that have been used can not be returned for health reasons.

If you return a vaporizer for warranty and it’s found to be in working order, a fee will be applied to cover return and reshipment costs. If you choose not to have your functioning unit returned, we will dispose of it after notifying you by email.

We’re committed to replacing or refunding damaged devices if you receive a defective item or one that’s damaged during shipping, as long as you opted for insurance at checkout.
